Casey started painting the background of Pharaoh in the fall of 2018 and finished the piece in the summer of 2019. “ It took me a long time to create a composition worthy of such a colorful and vibrant background” said Casey. This Egyptian inspired painting was created using a combination of hand brushing and air brushing techniques.
